King sea bream

The white meat of sea bream or sea bream is tender and tasty. Its preparation is so simple that anyone can handle it. Suitable for grilling, baking in the oven or frying in a pan. You can prepare the fish whole or simply fillet it. Lemon, high-quality olive oil, white wine and herbs (thyme, coriander, etc.) are sufficient for seasoning. Care must be taken during preparation so that the meat does not dry out.
